Description
The Fargesia Rufa has become widely popular due to its tidy habit, quick growing ability and unusual rich red colouring of the new shoots.
The Fargesia Rufa has quite a short growing habit with a slight arching form. New stems are a red orange colour and the leaves are narrow and pale green.
It works well as a low hedge as it generates a good number of new stems each year and regenerates quickly from heavy pruning and thinning.
