Description
Juncus Effusus Spiralis, also known as Corkscrew Rush, is an evergreen perennial, forming a clump of corkscrew like, spirally curled, leafless stems. Occasionally small clusters of brown flowers appear in summer.
The Corkscrew Rush is unique in that it’s a very good ornamental plant when paired with a water feature; like a fountain or pond. These plants can also be used to landscape and accentuate places or scenic marks near bodies of water, as they can thrive in slightly boggy or even marshy areas and are very low maintenance.
