What to do with this years harvest!
Whilst there was not the abundance of fruit this 2023 Autumn, it was the sunniest June in a while which ensured young apples got the sunshine hours they needed to develop the full potential of their taste and flavour. In particular, the sunshine helped to build up the delicious natural sugars in this seasons crop.
