Description
Acer palm. dissectum Atropurpureum has stunning finely dissected dark purple lacey foliage throughout spring and summer. It has a compact, broadly arching habit, forming a dense umbrella-like canopy. In autumn, its dark foliage turns firey shades of orange to red in an eye-catching display. It is best planted in a sheltered site protected from harsh winds. Maximum height and spread is approx. 1.5-2m.
