Description
Viburnum tinus ‘Gwenllian’ bears clusters of fragrant, starry, pinkish-white flowers, followed by metallic blue berries, and is a popular choice for hedging. The Royal Horticultural Society has given it its prestigious Award of Garden Merit (AGM). This shrub berries freely and there are masses of blue-black berries in autumn on coppery coloured stalks. The berries are often present when the plant starts flowering again, flowers from October to April. Will grow to 6-8ft tall, if allowed.
