Description
Cornus florida ‘Rainbow’ is a real specimen tree that offers lots of interest with every season. It is a variegated flowering Dogwood with a dense upright habit, maturing into a wide canopy with a stunning multi-stem structure. Its green leaves are edged with cream or gold and sometimes tinged with pink. From April/May, an abundance of white bracts cover the branches which lasts into the summer months. The autumn display is where it gets its name – as the leaves turn to deep red-purple in colour with vibrant scarlet margins. A stunning tree with a max height and spread of 3-4m, making it the perfect choice for gardens of any size.
This mature specimen is supplied in a large 230L pot, and currently measures 250-300cm in height.
